At RoyFanny, we are committed to providing you with high-quality creative watches and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make your experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or email confirmation) must be provided.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Please note that final sale or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at customerservice@royfanny.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and photos if applicable (especially in the case of defects or incorrect items).
- Our team will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
Returns sent without prior communication and approval may not be processed.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong color), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective product or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, color, or strap, please indicate this in your initial return request. We will guide you through the process and ship your new item once the original product is received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
